When will I receive my order ?

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase. For urgent deliveries, please contact us via WhatsApp [+233 553930043]

When will I receive my pre-order?

    • Pre-order timelines vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for specific details. As a general guideline, pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to fulfill. We will keep you updated via email. If you are unable to wait, we kindly request that you refrain from placing a pre-order.

    I'm not sure what my size is, what do I do?
    • We follow standard UK clothing sizing. Please consult our Sizing Page, also available on the product page, before placing your order. For additional assistance, please email our customer service team or send us a direct message on Twitter or Instagram.

     

    Are the sizes true to fit?

    • Yes, our products are true to size, provided you select the correct size based on our sizing guidelines.

     


    I am in Ghana, how will my order be shipped?

    • As we are based in Ghana, a dispatch rider will contact you to confirm your delivery location once your order is ready. Your package will then be delivered directly to your doorstep via an independent dispatch service.


     What countries do you ship to?

    • We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express, with delivery times of 2-6 business days to most locations (excluding U.S. Army bases).

     

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where:

    • The wrong size was sent.
    • The product was damaged upon delivery.
    Returns must be for unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    If the item is currently sold out, a replacement will be created on a pre-order basis.

    Please Note:
    • We DO NOT accept international returns, but store credit may be offered in certain cases.
    • Cancellations are NOT allowed during pre-orders.
     
    I want a custom design made.

    • Yes, custom designs are available. Please email us at info@darkordorte.com to discuss your requirements. Kindly note that custom designs may incur additional fees.
