REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for issues that are our fault, such as:
- Wrong size sent.
- Damaged or defective products.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience any of the above issues.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@darkordorte.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and make a new purchase for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
